Default Chai Tea

Ok, I need the experts -- how many calories are in Chai Tea? I seem to recall that Chai Tea had a lot of calories, but I'm having trouble finding nutritional info online. My bf brought home a couple of Chai Tea K-cups, but I don't want to try it if it's high in calories. Does anybody know?

Okay...

Maybe it's only the chai lattes and whatnot that are high in calories... I would have been really shocked if chai tea had calories, since I've been drinking it so much being oblivious. lol

I have the Timothy's Chai Tea k-Cups and they are calorie free. What you ight be thinking of is the Chai Tea Concentrate - that is blended with other things that give it the calories. And, I love chai tea, but find the Timothy's k-cups a little bland.

(Love my Keurig, though!)

There's also powdered chai mixes that have things such as powdered milk, powdered creamer, and sugar that add quite a few calories. You can find some reasonable sugar-free versions, but I say stick with tea bags and add your own milk/sweetener.
