I started TOM yesterday and I am not going to weigh myself all week- in fact, i hardly weighed last week the PMS bloat is so bad this month! Drink TONS of water and stay away from sodium/other foods that make you retain water because I have read NUMEROUS accounts of women doing that and losing weight on their period. i know that when I am good on TOM I usually come out of it with a pound or two down rather than up.
