Default Tom

Okay so usually I have a bad habit of weighing myself everyday. BUT it is that TOM and I think I am just not going to look at the scale while it's that TOM. YA know. Like it just gets me discouraged kind of because I retain water, feel bloated and gain a few lb's I lost. only 2 so far lol. And I know it's probably water weight and from it being that TOM, so I think I am just going to continue to eat healthy and then after this TOM is over I will look at the scale again. Does anyone else do this?

I started TOM yesterday and I am not going to weigh myself all week- in fact, i hardly weighed last week the PMS bloat is so bad this month! Drink TONS of water and stay away from sodium/other foods that make you retain water because I have read NUMEROUS accounts of women doing that and losing weight on their period. i know that when I am good on TOM I usually come out of it with a pound or two down rather than up. GOOD LUCK! Hate this TOM but guess we gotta just deal!
