right so easter i'm thinking this year is early april. so the big challanges are to lose 30lbs. to be able to jog for a full 30mins on the treadmill on hill program.
10lbs a month is achievable since i'm starting at a high weight. but will be a hard challange. but if you shoot for the stars at least you'll reach the moon
Hmmm....what a good idea! I have been focused on reaching my Valentines goal but I have nothing after that.
So February 14 to easter my goal is to lose 16 lbs. And from Easter to May 19th (my anniversary) my goal will be 12 lbs. After that I don't have a plan yet. But thank you for putting the idea in my head. Now I have it on paper in front of me so I can stay focused.
