Hi ~
*This post is mainly for female chickies unless men consider PMS as "punish my spouse" JK!!!*
My TOM tends to go a few days longer than the average cycle & are usually pretty heavy for the most part.
I'm curious. Some days I don't feel at my fighting best, even when I force myself to work out on the treadmill or do pilates/dumbbells (or during the process of exercising with weights/pilates/treadmill).
I go slower on those days and feel so guilty afterwards for not doing my utmost best to sweat it out to try to drop a pound or 2 by the following week's weigh-in.
I also know that if I don't do a somewhat slower or modified version of my workout then I'll be very tempted to blow off the whole exercise session for the day (which would also make me feel guilty as well
).
What do other female chickies do/tell themselves/motivate/encourage themselves to keep pushing forward with their exercise routine on days when they don't feel 100% up to it... before or DURING their exercise routine?
