Default 10 lbs gone and I have to shout it!
First of all, forgive me for shouting about myself but, I'm so happy!!

I went to the Dr one week ago and found out I have to have both my knees replaced in July, so I decided right then and there I better get back on low carb and get busy with getting the rest of my weight off (highest weight was 324); so I went to the store, stocked up, and now one week later I am down 10 lbs--hooray~~!!

I know the first week is generally a higher loss, but it's so nice to get that big push right away, I have a goal of 155 but if I can get down to 200 by surgery I'd be real happy with that too, and that is a doable in 7 months.
