So I got TWO non-scale victories today

Had some fruits & veggies instead...

Got all my water in

AND got on the treadmill for 45 minutes.

This is great!

Sweeeet! Those are some great accomplishments.

It's SO hard to resist things that others around you are eating. Go you!!!

lol YES

I opted for a fruit&walnut salad from mcdonalds and some grilled chicken made at home.

I just hung out watching them eating KFC and could HEAR the arteries clogging. Oh well, I have to put energy into my healthy lifestyle and I do make them put up with healthy eating most days per week... lol

Yeah... the smell was killing me.. But I remember seeing a PETA movie about how they prepare their chickens. Far from kosher.

My most fave takeout before my weightloss journey was "Spicey big crunch combo" w/ super size fries of course from KFC.

I held off over an entire YEAR before eating KFC..but finally gave in and had some fries and chicken about two mths ago..I didn't even desire having my usual from there and still haven't eaten that in about 15mths..It's like my forbidden food. I like knowing that I am not giving in to it..lol

That is awesome for you to be able to eat fruits and veggies while your family ate KFC. That is true dedication!

Wow that is a really great accomplishment. This is my biggest downfall...and I realize it's not my families fault but it's easy to place blame. Congrats on your success I hope I'm close behind ya!
