Hey Chance- For REAL gotta stay OP this weekend! I like taking it 2 days at a time like this! It seems way more attainable than doing like, the 5 day OP... I gotta have it broken down even smaller, haha Bite-size pieces for me.

SO To stay OP I will:

1) 1300-1600 Calories
2) 30 DS Sat & Sun, Pilates @ least one day
3) @ least 64 oz water/day
4) No soda... I just threw that one in there, but seriously I have a diet DP addiction that HAS to be killed off NOW...

Ok, I'm up for the challenge! For me to stay OP I will stick to my 27 points for WW, I'll do my elliptical for 45 minutes each day & drink my water.

Saturday - Today was good, I stuck to my points, drank enough water, but never got the chance to do my elliptical. Sunday I will plan on doing it a little extra to makeup for today.
Sunday -

carcar I haven't had a diet coke in 10 days and have lost SO MUCH bloat and also my cravings for snacking has really gone down! I replaced it with water, of course, and also cold brew teas that I through into a pitcher. I brew it in hot water in the pitcher like normally with about 6 tea bags and throw it in the fridge after about 30 minutes. My favorite so far as been passion tea (yes, like the one they have at starbucks!!!) and also peach -- both of which are made by tazo.

-- My weekend goals --
2 waterbottles daily for a total of 64oz
1,600 - 1,800 calories
Workout on sunday for 30 minutes

I do love peach tea! I don't have it every day, but often enough (the diet soda).

So far so good- going to lunch with a friend. I'm going to get a salad of some sort- apparently the restaurant we are going to is known for it's amazing salads so I'm all over that.

Keep up the good work ladies!

Yay! I'm so glad you all want to join me! I always worry every weekend that no one will want to, and I will be doing this alone. =)

So far so good. I'm on fire today. Already have dinner in the crockpot! I'm getting ready to go downstairs & do the elliptical, slap another coat of stain on my cabinets, and do some laundry. Feeling good today!!

How is everyone else doing?
