Default Homemade Chips

I just made my first batch of homemade chips. I sliced part of a potato chip really thin and patted them dry, sprayed a plate with cooking spray, laid the chips out on the plate, sprayed them with the cooking spray and sprinkled with season salt. Microwaved them for about 4 min. For mt first batch, I think I cokked them a little long, maybe 3:30 would have been good and I used a little too much salt. But they were crunchy and good. I will make them again, just going to take some more experimentation. I would love some vineger and salt ones. YUMMY.

Wow, I never would have thought they would get crispy in the microwave, and so fast.

I do a similar thing with tortillas, I cut them into triangles, spray with cooking spray and bake them in a convection oven...
