I was on here a few years ago and was following SB for part of that. I loved the plan and don't know why I ever went off of it. Well I pretty much fell off the wagon, rolled down a hill and into a ditch...
I have gained a LOT of weight in the time I have been away.
It's depressing and sad but I know I can do this. I have a good attitude about it this time. I have tried a few other times in the past to commit to phase 1 but could never make it through. I am on day 1 today, so far so good. I just have to plan and be prepared with my meals. That was my biggest problem. I would eat the same things daily and make myself sick of them.
I am chanting in my head "it's only two weeks out of the rest of your life!!" Well for phase one
I am recommitting today and I feel great about it!
So I just wanted to say hi and hopefully I will be posting more and soaking up all of your knowledge and motivation!
