Good Morning my weekend warriors! (oooh, got my name for next weekend's thread!) How are we holding up to the weekend temptaion monster? What are we doing to fight him off? I'm doing pretty well, haven't started yet today, but to fight of the evil temptations, I am working on my page... nothing like trying to inspire people to make you be good
How am I keeping the monsters at bay? Through miracles...how else?! I ate oatmeal for breakfast, and a veggie omlette for lunch. Hope that keeps me satisfied till dinner!
Well, my day is about done, got in the regular meals, and still am 287 cals under my minimum... (hmm, wonder what I can fill that void with?) so I think I've done pretty darned good for day one...how's everyone else doing?
I'm online for a few brief seconds, but unfortunately will probably not be back until tuesday night.
I too have stayed OP this weekend... All the planning is REALLY helping!!! We went to the Outlet Mall yesterday, did a TON of walking around, had chinese (yum!). I got a new bag (needed it desperately) I love it!! Its just the right size for everything I need. I'll have to take a picture with it, since I know all of you were making fun of me for how big my bag must be to carry all of my necessities LOL. AND, I walked 3/4 mile and lifted weights and soaked in the hot tub *AHHHHhhhhh...*
Today we are off to the Norman Rockwell musem which should be fun. Its 70 degrees out!!! whooopppeee!!!

Whoohoo, still going strong out there? I did GREAT yesterday, even with going into a snit, and hubby running out to buy me food This time though, he did good, he brought me home some trail mi x...kinda fatty, but, since I had about 700 cals left for my max, it wasn't no thing...and chocolate soy milk, which I love, but we almost never buy... and he got fresh tofu and enough fresh fruit for me to have my fave breakfast for days on end... almond milk/soy/fruit smoothies...
Today, I'm gonna keep on...heh, going to add some exercise into the mix too...and I NEED to finish that darned page, before hubby goes on vacation next week... so I can spend some time with him, instead of just the puter

I'm here and alive....barely. Have the mother of all migraines so the positive in that is that I feel like vomiting not eating but what I have eaten hasn't exactly been good for me and I'm drinking Cokes like they are going out of style trying to get some caffeine in me to see if that helps the head. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
