Here's what to do: We're out to lose 5 pounds. No matter where you're at in your weight loss, it's helpful to break down your loss into small goals like this. Just post your SW (starting weight) as of today, your CW (current weight) which is whenever you weigh in and your GW (goal weight) which is five pounds down from the day you joined in.
Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like - some of us do it everyday, some once or twice a week.
The first one to hit five pounds lost gets to start the next thread!

OK, so here's how I'm putting a positive spin on this ridiculous starting weight. I'm retaining 2.5 pounds of water, so watch out guys! I know, I know, I said that last time
I only got 2.5 lbs before you won the other one FB! Congratulations. I'm in again, but have been sick and not eating much so sort of expect my weight to jump up a bit. 5 lbs is going to be tough.

I'm defintely in. I was so thrilled I lost over a pound when I weighed this morning. Now I'm just thinking, "oh great now I have an even lower goal weight!" I can do it though! I have been a good girl with food and exercise. So, here it is:
SW: 188 (Yeah!!)
GW: 183 (I haven't weighed this little since pregnant with child #3)
I'm still struggling, but I'm going to continue participating until I figure out what's going on. I'll post my weights tomorrow when I weigh - I just wanted to post so I could get subscribed to the thread.
