Default Aerobics work!

I have always used aerobics. I now use the one by Cathe Friedrich. She has a website CATHE.com You will gain muscle through her muscle workouts! And she is buff! Expect to work hard. But I have lost so much weight.

FYI-Not everything works for everybody. This particular thing seems to work wonders for me! I lots 20lbs in 1 month doing Intermediate aerobics through my school. My body does best with this.

Hi and I'm sorry I haven't seen this 'til now, I am now a big fan of Cathe! I have a couple of her DVD's and she is tough, but that is the challenge isn't it. She is in marvelous shape, so fit and trim and muscular. I still have to improvise some of her steps, but I stick to it for the length of the session. I like to do the ones that mix cardio with strength.
