Default myspace?

Hey guys! I saw a thread on here about 3FC being on facebook- I have a facebook but still use myspace much more as I'm more used to it I guess, and most people I know mainly use myspace. Anyone on it? I searched for 3FC but it looks like whoever made the page hasn't been on since 2007 lol.

I use MySpace more than facebook. I have a facebook account, but haven't been on in over a year. I don't even remember my username and password!
I see you're a pharm tech, me too. Love it

I actually like my job, I just hate the pay...we are SOOOOOO underpaid and under-appreciated! At least at my job anyways lol. The cleaning people make more than we do!

Same with us! I get a bit over minimum wage and we deal with a lot of crap from people! We have to make sure prescriptions are right, counting out the right dose, right medication, etc and people don't get it. They will stand there and yell at you because their insurance won't cover it. Ah, I could go on and on. For the most part, I really do love it and I love the people I work with. It is like having a mini family away from home.

Default Thanks!

Hey, you two......I get it, and I appreciate both of you and what you do. I get it. Here is the deal....you guys are at ground zero of what a pharmacist does. And I appreciate a pharmacist has to know what he/she knows. That said, it makes no sense to me that there is not a career track from pharm tech to pharmacist.....OK, 4 year degree, etc. etc......but there should be credit given for what you do.......and more importantly what YOU KNOW.......

I appreciate your work!!

As for the pharm tech...I find alot of pharmacists treat us like we are WAY beneath them. Granted I get that we don't have the big degree, and I acknowledge their success but at least where I work..the pharmacists don't have half a clue how to do half the stuff we do..everything is on US to do. Plus we are relied on heavily for knowledge. I have them ask me things all the time regarding dosages, they cant read a drug name etc, they go off what I say..which they shouldn't cause it's their degree on the line. And thanks for the appreciation maryblu!! I work inpatient so I don't deal with insurance, but a bunch of idiot nurses I'm going into nursing, so I certainly don't knock them, I know they got A LOT they take care of..but lesson learned from pharmacy tech: A nursing degree does not necessarily mean they are the brightest crayons in the box..sometimes it's downright scary :rotf:

As for myspace..anyone wants to add me the link is

or

myspace.com/angel5997 if the first doesn't work

Maryblu: thank you! I'm glad some people appreciate us!
Our pharmacist is very smart and has run his own pharmacy when he was younger. We do a lot more than people realize and, in my case, we really do a lot to help out the pharmacist. We take a lot off their shoulders! I was planning on being a nurse, but having two kids is making it hard to go through the schooling. I don't have any extra time to really pursue it at the moment, but hopefully sometime in the next 5 or 10 years!
I've already completed my clinicals, including practicing IV's, giving shots, removing stitches, EKG's, etc...unfortunately the school that took my money, their credits are non-transferable, and nobody seems to want to hire anyone from that school! I put in over a year at that school and thousands of dollars, I should be able to get something out of it... Sorry, I still have some sour feelings toward that place!

OH yeah! Here's mine: http://myspace.com/angellea22

Jeez that's awful about the school aangel! That's the kind of stuff that shows up on fox 2 problem solvers lol. Was the school operating shady or something? I'm just wondering why nobody would want to hire from that school, that doesn't seem right.
