Well Today I had a NSV. I have been eating healthy and trying to find different things to eat so I was not eating the same thing over and over again.
Well I have
www.Caloriecount.about.com where I was putting in the food I ate today and what I am having for dinner to make sure I was good on my calories. Not only does it tell you how many calories but it gives you a grade for that food on good it is for you. A is the highest grade and the best for you obviously and F is the worst. well everything I have ate today had a grade of an A not one thing was below an A which means I ate great today.
