I want to make the cake type spicy gingerbread. I prefer limited sweetener and only use agave,erythritol, and will use a small amount of molasses for this one (can't imagine gngerbread without molasses). Fruit as the sweetener would be great! I also want to use whole grain flours (any type) and a reasonable amount to no oil. I'm open to alternative ideas like using beans, etc. Thanks!
