well, i finally hit my 10% mark.. wow, never thought this day would come. just this week alone with stepping up my exercise(from none to about 2 hours a day) i have gone from 297 to 290.2.. i wish i would have really 'gotten' how much exercise can speed up weight loss before, who knows where i would be lol.. i know i wont see these numbers every week, nor would i want to as it is healthier to lose it slower, but wow.. im pretty jazzed this am
