Default concerned?

Hey guys!! i had a question. Today was a 1/2 day at my school so normally me and friends go out to lunch. I was planning on a healthy salad or something but we went to this diner and i ended up ordering a wrap. It had chicken, cheese, bacon, lettuce, and russian dressing. i ate it with some cole slaw and about a cup of french fries. I was happy while i was eating it but now i'm concerned about the calories intake, will it effect me tremendously, how should i burn it off, advicee???

There's no need to "burn it off". Just be moderate the rest of the day and make good, clean eating choices tomorrow.

What's done is done, and tomorrow is another day.

Well, you might find some water weight due to some of the salt in the food. But, as Mandalinn said, just make better choices today, tomorrow, the day after and all will sort itself out in the end

In short, keep heading forward.
