Well fellow chickies, it's midnight and I have now been a part of 3FC and tracking my calories for one month! I will do my weigh in when I get up in the morning. It'll be fun to post my 1st month's loss.

My 1 month weigh in is 305.2 down from my starting weight on November 8 of 18.6. That's a total loss of 13.4 lbs.
