Could it be the second breakfast I just ate?
The smoothie I had a 6 am, the toast I had at 7 am?
The office potluck today?
The dark chocolate I ate last night? ( but ,wait, dark chocolate is good for you!)
It is 8:21 and I have had:
a smoothie w/ a can of peaches(in juice), a banana, about a 1/4 cup of uncooked oatmeal.
Toast( low cal) w/ WW cream cheese and a bit of apple butter
2 coffee w/ creamer
then I get to work and someone has brought Fibre One muffins sooooo
I had to have one of those ( don't wanna be rude,ya know)
ALL THIS and its not even 8:30 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh but I did take an ALLI capsule...that should make things ok ...right?
