Default ****Weekly Chat Dec 1-7****

I guess I will start the weekly chat.

I had a great weekend. Still no loss, but I'm still on a high from 39 inches lost. I gave most of my fat clothes away. It was scary and I'm glad I did.

I am actually wearing leggings and a dress today. I haven't worn leggins since I was young. I feel pretty and glad that my legs look good. lol

Happy December ladies! I hope everyone survived Turkey Day with too much of a gain. I think I did well but I made cookies over the weekend and ate too many. But it’s a new week. I planned out todays meals which is always the start to a good week.

I did my calendar for this month. It actually looks somewhat manageable. I just hope to many surprises don’t pop up. I think part of the reason it’s so empty is because I haven’t planned anything after my surgery because I need time to rest. So that is half the month.

HWGA - Good job giving away your fat clothing. That is a huge mental step.

I put on 8 pounds since Wednesday. Yep, 8 freaking pounds. Most likely, I'll take most of that back off by thursday, but goodness! So I can't mess up anymore. I really can't.

I'm about to have a really busy day. Apparently, we had a black friday sale over the weekend and I am drowning in orders right now. And now, we're having a cyber monday sale. egads!

HWGA: I haven't worn leggings since like first grade. I don't have great legs...they look like drum sticks.

RHTS: yeah, I ate a pack of Oreos over the weekend. GUH! what was I thinking?!?!

Wow HWGA 39 inches is fantastic, you must be feeling so pleased with yourself. Well done you. x x

Thank you RHTS, I am sure December is going to be fabulous for all of us, if we can stay OP during this month with Christmas and all, we can do it anytime. x x

Caligirl, as you say the good thing about a quick weight gain like that, is it usually disapears just as quickly if you get straight back on track, so you go girl!

I am going away to Germany midweek and they have some fantastic Christmas Markets,(I thought I would do my bit for the worldwide economy and get some serious shopping done lol.) I hope I can avoid all the scrummy yet fat laden Xmas food.
To keep focused I may even buy myself some clothing in the next size down...I will not buy much though as I intend to drop quite a few sizes in the near future. yeha!

Have a great week all,

Boo x

HWGA- yay for leggings and dresses. I have not always been a dress girl but I have found affection for them as of late.

Delicious: Germany ay? Have a great time and great thinking about helping the worldwide economy. We all try and do our part lol.

Today was my last day of federal tax before the final next week. I am so stinkin' excited our project is done and I just have to pretty much coast through my last day of classes tomorrow. On top of all of that I get to have one of my classes tomorrow in our fancy business building costing a whopping 21.??? million dollars. Recession economy my butt.

They have technology in the building that while your in class the teacher can take over your computer and basically shut you down. I really dont think that's necessary and quite invasive of my privacy. It really gets me all riled up thinking about it. However, I do think that most of the professors and faculty will not know how to properly use half the technology anyway, which in my opinion is quite dangerous when you have programs that can take over computers at their fingertips. I just think 11 more days.

Guess who's back

HWGA: I bought my FIRST pair of leggings last night at TJ Maxx! and this hot red dress to wear with them!

RHTS: I bet you are starting to get pretty excited about ur surgery! Are you nervous.. I know I'd be freaking out. I get so scared about stuff like that though.

Cali: My mom commited mental suicide by weighing herself on Thanksgiving. She said she needed to shock herself into getting back into the gym. lol. Really it just made her grumpy for 3 days so I've decided to avoid the scale this week. You'll bounce back! I hear ya on the oreos though I have oreo cookies and cream ice cream in the fridge.. ITS TAUNTING ME!

Bee: Our campus is known as "The Technology Campus" but the only professors that really know how to use everything we offer are the computer science professors. Everyone else is kinda up in arms. I think its weird that they take the time to teach the students how to use things but not the faculty! Seems like a waste.

Soo.. I did AMAZING on Thanksgiving day.. the family is huge so we use paper plates, well we had the rectangle ones with the dividers and I only used the small spaces and left the large one empty. This was the first Thanksgiving I can EVER remember being comfortable all day and not overeating. I did eat a little more than i should have at my grandmas yesterday but it was the only actual meal I had so its cool. I officially worked the ENTIRE time I was home. I've been running off of no sleep and coffee for the last 3 days and there's no end in site with my 5 papers due this week! Hope you all have a great day!

Remember- Thanks girl, it was kinda hard to give them away, but now no looking back! Hmmmm cookies sound good. When is your surgery? Do you have people lined up to nurse you back to health?

Cali- 8 pounds, I'm sure it's water, it's got to be water weight. That's funny about the drum sticks. I think I'm right there with you. Are you doing ok? Do I need to come to the bay and kidnap you for a day? lol

Disgruntle
- congrats on the pound... wish I was there! lol I may take a picture. I feel cute today.

Boo- Wow! Germany! I wish I was going. How long are you staying? Have fun shopping. I love shopping in other countries.

Bee- I'm the same way. Never been a skirt of dress girl, but I'm starting to like them. I'm so tall that leggings are the only way I can wear most dresses. Tallness plus too much booty= peep show. lol not good. That's freaky about the teacher being able to do that... I wouldn't like that either.

Kel- Congrats girl! No sleep? You need to make sure you take care of yourself girl. Yay for leggins... I want to see pics!

Today is kinda weird but oh well. I wish the day was over! I have less than three weeks before I go to AR. I'm so excited but a little nervous, it's been a year since I've seen my family. Yesterday, I had to literally kick myself in the butt to get me to excerise. My butt was so sore from riding 10 miles on Friday so I didn't workout at all on Sat. But I'm glad that I did it and feel energized and back on track.

Hi everyone!

HWGA: Good luck with your family. And grats on the exercising!

Kelli: Wow, Thanksgiving went great! I don't think I could do that well. I'm glad that we don't have Thanksgiving around here!

Bee20nine: Project sounds great . And that kind of technology is pretty common in most institutions, in my opinion. They need to have a way to check that you don't use the PC's for illegal crap, download porn or do nothing but play games, right? And if you do this they can turn off your computer and search your file space. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Professors have something else to do than checking god knows how many students at the same time!

So. Elwing has a new boyfriend <3 and he is lovely. I won't give you TMI . But I don't think I would have been this confident some months ago. (I emailed him that I had liked him for some time, and that I would like to talk about that.)

Also, I dropped 2 pounds from yesterday. Two pounds! I recorded it in my weigh-in but did not change my ticker yet, because I probably won't weigh in so low again for a week or so. Nevertheless, that was only 1 lb away from my goal weight. It's exciting! Maybe it was because all the boyfriend stuff made me so nervous I could hardly eat.

This is going to be a long post...just a warning.

Okay, I am afraid of the scale. I have now avoided it for five days solid. I over did it even on wednesday night, while cooking, we ordered chinese and I ate so much that I literally almost passed out cause I had been drinking and all the blood rushed to my digestive system. I started feeling faint, my vision got grainy and I lost half my hearing, then I went totally white and my sister made me sit down. it was weird.

Then thursday was a disaster food wise, and friday...I finally made it to cardio on saturday and sunday, but then after cardio on sunday I went over to my friends house and had turkey and dumplings...two bowls of it, and leftover pumpkin pie. Then, to top off my binge weekend I went home, drank a beer and had a bowl of cocoa pebbles. Then I went to bed, at 9pm.
So, Its back on track today. I'm not even going to weigh myself till friday, because not only have I had a disasterous long weekend but I will be starting my TOM sometime this week, and I always gain.

Okay, so my sister is the epitome of irresponsiblity and just being an annoying biotch. I had a date this weekend and she promised she would babysit, but then she decided she "didn't like" the guy I was going out with and called me and told me she was sick so couldn't babysit, then called my best friend and told her the real reason why she didnt' want to sit...who immediatly called me...duh. So I was mad at her to begin with. Then she calls me last night, needing a place to sleep because her IRRESPONSIBLE dumbassiness let her run out of heating fuel...we've been *** deep in a huge storm since wednesday night that was snow and ice and subzero temps and has since turned to rain and winds up to 80 miles per hour. So, she sleeps on my couch last night. I wake up this am, at the usual time to get ready for work and get my son ready for school and she yells at me to be quite. I kicked her *** out right there, get the **** off my couch and GO HOME to your freezing cabin and sleep on your freezing couch. Little biotch.

And to top everything off, my house is going to be a dock soon. I have lake front property and my house is built on stilts because when it snows a whole bunch, and then turns to rain and immediatly melts it all, like has just happened this last week, the lake floods...and my neighborhood becomes what we like to call "little venice". Now, where did I put my gondola?

Ghost- Good for you for kicking your sister out! I would have done the same thing or at least said something. You were doing her a favor. Do you think your sister is hating on you? Don't be afraid of the scale. You're doing good.

Yes I think my sister is hating on me! she always is! And I love how she gets to decide who is appropriate for me to date by refusing to babysit when she promises she will. This, from the girl who has struck out more times than anybody where men are concerned and can't manage to find a man with a JOB in a town where unemployment is impossible.

um...leg warmers went out of style? what? where have I been? leg warmers are always in fashion in alaska...especially if you are on your way from the car to the gym.

I say, wear your leg warmers loud and proud baby!

Hey all!

Well I've been away from here for longer that I should've been. I decided this weekend that I'm back on this weighloss journey for real this time. I was looking a pictures from a party I went to last weekend and I couldn't believe how chubby my face looked. I was so upset with myself for gain back all the weight I lost earlier this year. I don't want to hide from the camera this christmas.

In other news with me I got the new postition at work that I hoping to get. It's a bit of a miny promtion, I'm super stoked... but I just found out that raises likely won't occur for at least 6 months. It kinda pisses me off. I've worked my a$$ off for the last 8 months, giving up pretty much any chance at a social life, I had to drop out of a volunteer program that I really enjoyed and a fitness class, b/c I was always travelling. Now I find out that, I'm not going to get a raise for about 6 months! You've got to be kidding me! Hopefully the info I heard is false, but I definately unimpressed with this turn of events!

Ghost Good for you on kicking your sister out. I'd have done the same.
