My name is LMB and I am looking for some weight loss buddies for support and encouragement.

I weighed in this morning at 247. I have started on my weight loss journey. I have made a Goals and Reward chart and stuck it on the fridge. I am having difficulty trying to come up with a daily reward for my Daily goals.

If anyone is interested in being buddies drop me a line.
