I've tried karate, and then moved on to Taekwondo, which I did for 8 years, competing in state level sparring tournaments. I personally recommend Taekwondo for exercise, as it's a fantastic work out, gets you really fit and agile. ...but make sure you don't stop all of a sudden without adjusting calorie intake, as you may gain a little weight... ( I speak from experience)
well i went to my first class yesterday. kind of scary. i'm a little bruised but he was quite impressed. i guess the salsa i do and having done a bit of kick boxing before helps with co-ordination but there's a lot of stuff to learn. and i must learn how to do a press up!
