I'm not seeing the usual thread for this, so I figured I'd get one going (sorry to whomever does it, not trying to step on your toes). Weigh-in whenever your weigh day is.
That said, my day is Friday mornings after I wake up. Weighed in at 180.6 this morning, which I'm seeing as 181. Two pound weight loss, nice!
I'm scared to even admit this. I weighted in at 164.6 down from 165. I had to step on that scale 3 different times to accept it. I don't see how I lost a pound so I'm scared if I step in it again tomorrow it will be much more. guess I should just stay off of it til next friday huh.
Ha. Well, I sometimes sneak onto the scale during the week, but I've learned that I fluctuate so much that I NEED to just weigh in Fridays. Slowly getting myself away from the scale sans Friday mornings.
