I'm not seeing the usual thread for this, so I figured I'd get one going (sorry to whomever does it, not trying to step on your toes). Weigh-in whenever your weigh day is.

That said, my day is Friday mornings after I wake up. Weighed in at 180.6 this morning, which I'm seeing as 181. Two pound weight loss, nice!

4.4 loss this week, dont expect that again next week as it was the first week back on plan!

Ha. Well, I sometimes sneak onto the scale during the week, but I've learned that I fluctuate so much that I NEED to just weigh in Fridays. Slowly getting myself away from the scale sans Friday mornings.

I was 183 this morning . So finally a 2 lb loss in a week yeah!
