As Ilene said, you can't target particular areas of your body to lose weight. Weight loss happens all over and where it comes off first is .. unfortunately ... not up to us!
Continue to eat healthily and exercise and you will lose weight everywhere.
You can however, do exercises that build those particular muscles - things like squats, lunges, stepups ... those will help build your quads and glutes and make them stronger and more shapely as the fat melts away!
