I am new to 3FC, I have been reading online about a Couch Potato to 5k workout guide, i have posted about it on my blog, but alas, im new, so no-one reads
Has anyone tried it? Does it work? what do you all think about it?
I am 21 240lbs and 5'6", just wasnt sure if it was worth trying or just a waste of time...let me know you thoughts on it.
