Thought I should jump on the bandwagon with all the pics being posted here lately.
The first pic I was about 225 (Summer 2007).......the second, 190.5 (March 08) 3rd picture I was 160.5 (June 08) 4th picture I was 153.5 ( July 08) and finally my last picture is me now at 142.5. ( I am considering this pic my "After" pic because IF I lose the last 2.5 lbs there will not be much of a difference and I've been maintaining for a month or so..making me think I am probably not going to go any lower, lol...Also I made it all pretty with Picnik.com but I didn't edit anything about me..I swear!)
From a size 16-18 to a size 4-6....whoo hooo baby!

Thanks so much girls!!
Thighs be gone...I started doing the weight watcher points (on my own without joining or any meetings..I had done it before and had the material) on Oct/1/07..I weighed at a friends house and was in complete shock! I also started walking that following spring for about 30-60 mins most days..I had no jeep and had no excuse..but also began walking for exercise...A few months ago I joined up to a local gym and go to Aqua aerobics 3 times a week..believe it or not I am still trying to get the courage to go "workout" at the actual gym by myself!
You girls are awesome and believe me your day will come!! I honestly NEVER thought I'd get there..here..it's possible!!
OMG...you look gorgeous! The girl in the first photo looks like an entirely different person. I appreciate that you put your weights and the months the photos were taken, since we're around the same height.
You are such an inspiration and should be so proud of what you have done.
here is another before pic..not sure of the exact weight..assuming same as earlier pic......however it is more upclose...(yes I had colored my hair and wear both glasses and contacts :P) This pic was taken in June 07.....argh those arms HAD TO GOOOOOOOO! LOL

wow! you look wonderful! and since we have pretty much the same stats i feel like i can get there one day too thanks for sharing! keep up the good work!
I'd like to write a book filled with before and after pics and the stories from the guys and girls about the journey.
The before and after pics are BY FAR the most motivational for me in my weight loss. I always look for the pics of girls that weigh roughly what I way. I think to myself "if she can do it, I can too"!
You look wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing and congrats!!
Michelle that is EXACTLY what kept me motivated as well..seeing all the pics and reading stories about people..I had joined a few weight watcher groups on facebook and I swear sometimes those pics are what kept me going. By telling my story I only feel that I too am passing it along..Thank you so much!
