Default On top of everything else...
I lost 1/2 an inch off my waste & my butt!!!! I'm so excited. In one week!! I am loving Pilates...it hurts so good.

I hope someone is being encouraged by this. I know I am! It's amazing how quickly your body can respond. I know sometimes you hit plateaus, but just push through them like I did & you'll see results!

**Now someone remind of this post when I'm *****ing about nothing changing in my body down the line!**

You go girl! I have been at 172.6 for as long as I can remember- today I weighed in at 171.2! I love the 30 Day Shred, and I love pilates too, I need to do more pilates!

hmmm maybe its time for me to pop that pilates dvd in and stop myself from staring at that pilates kit without actually doing it-- - hmm and to think i've only had that thing for like 2 years and not once have i used it--- alright--- i'm going to do it

Pilates is awesome! A few years back when I told myself I was going to lose weight (see how much that worked? LOL) I started using my mom's Windsor Pilates DVD's 5 days a week and within a month I lost 15 pounds. But then I stopped, I have no clue as to why.

Congrats on the inches lost. I havent taken any measurements at all. I'm too scared. haha
