Default First Week...not so bad.

So I survived week one. I ate ...better, excersized more. My gym has game bikes hooked up to sony playstations so you can "race" on the stationary bikes. It was actually kinda fun.

5 lbs one week...

Baby steps

Well done!

Keep on keeping on and remember you must *do* week 2 before you can do week 3 and so on!

Best wishes and I'll see you around!

Thank you all! I thought I was going to have a bad week with eating because of stress at work and home...but when I felt anxious and restless I got on the treadmill. I was slightly shocked myself. I went from a 20 min walk to a 30 one and I feel GREAT!!!
