Hi,

I am thinking about trying "Personal Dietitian" (www.a-personaldietitian.com). has anyone used this service?

I would love to hear any comments about this program. I have to do something and I would like to try and find something I can stick to for a change that will adapt to my preferences and lifestyle.

Hey there neighbor..loving this New York weather or what? I am not though it is beautiful outside today.
I have never heard of nor tried this program..hopefully someone will have some input for you on it
