Question What is the Wendie Plan?

Hi everyone.... I am thinking about starting WW soon. I saw a post about the Wendie plan and I'm curious what it is. Is it part of the WW plan? Something like flex? Or are there just new names for the plans?

If someone could explain the program that would be great! Thanks.

Hi

The Wendie plan isn't something WW created. A WW member took old fashioned calorie cycling and applied it to the WW plan. You can read more about it at http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=99187

Hope that helps!

Thank you for the info! I appreciate it!!

I do have one more question... I agree with the concept of the shifting. I'm just curious if the shifting ever stalls? I guess I'm wondering if you lose weight with the shifting does it ever get to a plateau point like when you are just sticking to a static number? Do you have to change the pattern of the shifting? Thanks!

I don't know if I can answer this question, I started the wendie plan when the reg stalled on me. It has worked up until last week and I seem to have stalled -- again. So this week I moved the points around a bit more and I will tell you on Sunday if that did the trick

nancylmrn ~ Thanks for you experience with it. I'm not sure if I should do this from the beginning of WW or wait until I stop losing.
