Didn't see a thread for this yet.

I weighed in this am at 211. I'm very excited bc I was 215.8 last monday.

I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel that says, you can and will be under 200 pounds.

thanks ClydieCat! Same to you. I'm real happy with the loss this week bc it's prob one of my biggest loss's since i started a year ago! I finally have lost more than what i have left to lose.

Congrats everyone on your losses!! Looks like it's been a pretty big week in terms of numbers!

BornToFly - it must feel amazing to reach such a great milestone! Congrats

I am skipping my WI this week - I have been sick and have lost an insane amount of weight (7 pounds in 4 days), and it's just too soon to say that it'll stay off. But hopefully next week I can report something hear to that!

Just like I suspected the first week I didn't lose weight, I hit a plateau and have not lost a single lb in a month. New month, new plan, new lbs dropped.

0 lbs lost this week, but watch out next week.

I'm back around ladies. It's been forever since I've really had time to follow the posts. I'm at 234, still moving, but moving slowly. I'm going to kick it into high gear for the rest of the year.

Down a pound this week... slow and steady wins the race though, right?

I'm at 215 right now and I really want to be at 210 or under by Thanksgiving!
