Hello, my name is Nola and I am 61 years old. I began my weight loss at the beginning of this year. I haven't done badly, but I am loosing my resolve. I have read a lot of the site and look forward to cooresponding with you.

Default Atkins Bars
I have a question about Atkins bars. Are they really good for you? I have a hard time trusting that something is good for you is it tastes somewhat good. I eat low carb because I am a diabetic and would love to use these as a meal, but I am not sure. Please help.
