I have read several blogs and reviews on Jillian Michael’s website/plan. They were all good reviews. They said that she addresses all aspects of dieting and losing weight. The food intake, exercise and what most diet plans are lacking - the emotional.
BTW - you can sign up for a "Jillian" email through her site for free. I have been getting them for a month and really like the emails. They definitely have her personality in them that we see on the Biggest Loser show.
