I think she has an online club on her website - a weight loss program. Pretty much, it's based on calorie counting and building a healthy lifestyle from scratch, based on what I've read and heard.

I just bought the Jillian Michaels dvd for the Wii Fit. i havedn't had a chance to look at it yet because I've been sick, but I'm hoping it's good. I really like working out on the wii fit so I hope this is just as good as their stuff

I would be really interested in learning about the Jillian Michaels club. I love watching her on the Biggest Loser and following the show. I think she's so motivational.

I have read several blogs and reviews on Jillian Michael’s website/plan. They were all good reviews. They said that she addresses all aspects of dieting and losing weight. The food intake, exercise and what most diet plans are lacking - the emotional.

BTW - you can sign up for a "Jillian" email through her site for free. I have been getting them for a month and really like the emails. They definitely have her personality in them that we see on the Biggest Loser show.
