The power of exercise!
So this is probably losing weight 101 for most of you but I am so excited, I had to start a thread. I stalled out a few weeks ago when my exercise levels had dropped off. The weather was changing so I wasn't on my bike as much and I hadn't found a replacement.
A couple of weeks ago, I discovered our universities brand new, mega expensive gym and I fell in love. At the same time, midterms etc started and I was beyond stressed out. The combination resulted in my going to the gym at least 5 times a week for the last 2-3 weeks.
The result has been incredible! I had no clue that not working out would stall out my weight loss even when I was still counting calories. First, I wasn't nearly as stressed. I would be all on edge when I got to the gym and relaxed and feeling great by the time I left. And the weight has finally started falling off again and I think it's coming off fairly quickly again, which rocks. I have finally doing strength training, which I hate. I bribe myself with a trip to the sauna afterwards which makes it better.
