*Hi everyone*

I joined a few weeks ago, but only started posting today!

I am on my 3rd week of Weight watchers. My starting weight was 173, after 2 weeks I am down 8 pounds i am trying to loose my post-baby weight, My daughter is now 4 months old.

Anyway....Ill get on with it! The last 2 days ive had a bit of a upset tummy, and this afternoon I vomited after my lunch I am actually starting to feel hungry again, so what would happen with the points i consumed and vomited? should I pretend I never had lunch and use those points again? or add on extra ?

Hrm, that's a good question. I am not really sure of the official answer.

I would probably count them, because I know when I have an upset stomach, I eat fairly light for the rest of the day, and perhaps would not eat my target anyway.
