Try to remember this website www.dwlz.com and go to the SITE MAP and then to RESTAURANTS. She has several chain bagel places and you'll be able to get a good close estimate for yours. I'd say at least 5-6 for the bagel and 2-3 for the cream cheese.

Bagel weights vary wildly, so you have to have a ballpark on how big yours is before you can even BEGIN to estimate points. A 3-point bagel is only 2 ounces--think Lender's or similar brands (not very big, are they?!). Chains like Einstein's, Au Bon Pain, etc., generally serve bagels that are 5-8 oz., so watch out. If you're at work and you have a mailroom, ask the staff there if they mind you weighing your bagel on the postal scale. (I'm not kidding--it works!)

Weigh your bagel on the postage scale!

I thought I was the only one who did things like that! See smart minds think a like!
