Default Question about points

So today I start my fifth week at WW doing the flex plan. Now, every other week I lost 2lbs, and one week was 3lbs. This week I only lost 1lbs, and the only thing I did differently was I used all my weekly points. All the other weeks I only used anywhere from 10-20 weekly points. Could I just be one of those people that can't use them all? Does anyone else experience small losses when they use all the're weekly points?

I don't know, I've always made myself eat all of them so that when I'm smaller and get less pts I'm not starving everyday. I lose slow though anyway from 10 years of yo yo dieting and ruining my metabolism.. Maybe your body was just adjusting to you eating them all and if you eat them all again may still give you the same losses as before? weightloss is so tricky sometimes. The week you ate more did you exercise less?

I have been on ww since the end of aug and had a similar experience, some weeks no loss at all and others just a small amt. Then someone suggested I try the 'wendie plan'. it is the same amt of points but you mix them up during the week so you don't have the same number of pts each week. So far it has been a sucess for me.

If you go to the main ww page and scroll down you will see a thread for the wendie plan. or just google it.

it might be the break through you need
