I'm feeling awful, had a slight near cereal binge last night and I think thats why. Getting on with it though.

Morning Lauren.
Here's to another week of working toward our goals. My first mini-goal is to get below 250. I'm hoping to be able achieve that within the next week or two.
Anyone else have any mini-goals they're working towards?

Here here!
I'm a massive binge culprit. Ahah tragic.
Let's see if I can go a week.

Good morning! I am ready for a binge-free week. Today is day 8.
My goal is not really mini - it's to maintain through the holidays and beyond ...

Good morning all. I am EXTREMELY happy to report that today is day 7!! I made it through the weekend for the first time ever!!!! The worst thing I had was two servings of the apple crisp I made last night but I was still hungry and I had really changed up the recipe to make it healthier.

Forgot my mini-goal - I guess it would be being below 170. That would be so awesome - haven't really been there since I got pregnant in July of 2004. Yikes!!

Today, I've officially gone a full week binge-free. Hallelujah!
My next goal is to be 145 or under next Sunday. A pound and a half in a week... I can do that!

Hello ladies, I would like to join since I have been doing not-so-good for the past few days. My goal is to eat healthily and stick to my plan as much as I could, and never beat up myself over anything.
quick tip :since you can't compensate for the taste of chocolate, you can have a cup of skimmed/lf milk with a 1-2 ts of cocoa powder. It's a healthier alternative that will satisfy your cravings.

THIS is a fantastic goal! I think one of the leading culprits when it comes to binge eating is guilt, it's a totally self destructive feeling. You can do it!

Good mini-goals ladies. Here's to getting them done!
Healthy eating day today and 1.2 mile walk/run on the treadmill. Life is good.

haley, special k drives me crazy, too!
starting with day 1 today, and a mini-goal of one week binge free. That's really a rather large goal for me, but it's definitley worth a try.

Don't get me on cereal and the 'serving sizes' for any of them. I swear I must eat about 200g and the recommended serving is 30. 30g of cereal does NOT keep me going til lunch.
I'm doing great Usually all day all I can think about is eating and how I NEED to keep my stomach full. So far this week it hasn't bothered me at all and I'm feeling just fine
