What's that old saying?

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step?

What a fabulous first step you took!

Well, I tried to do 30 Day Shred, and I also did some hiking.

However, when I weighed myself again on my actual weigh in day I was 2 pounds up. I think it may have to do with water weight, because I'm due to my period.

Nothing succeeds like Success...even if the success is small ..2 pounds means you are down by 7000 calories..which is lot if you see it. Keep turning these stones into milestones for you....all the very best
