yep..I've tried them & they are pretty good. A tad salty for my liking but I am SUPER sodium-sensitive. Seriously, I swell up like a balloon.

Yeah, what DisgruntledOne said.

While it may look good on the surface, you have to be careful to notice the servings amounts- I've never seen a can of Progresso soup that wasn't two servings, so all those nutritional facts have to be doubled ('cause honestly, I don't know of anyone who can eat half a can of Progresso soup)

Still though, 1 or 2 points is nothing for a whole can of soup
What flavours?!

yeah it's zero pts for 1 cup and each can has two servings but even at that it's 1 pt for each entire can, that is still good
Um I'd have to look at the list again but I know vegetables and noodles is one...
southwestern style vegetable soup
italian vegetable soup
vegetable barley soup
and another kind of vegetable soup.. can't remember right off
But even at that, the ww zero pts soup if you eat enough of it adds up to pts as well.. so I knew it was relative but I was just excited to find something I don't have to make home made I don't have much time to make homemade soups

good find those are great for a quick lunch that requires little prep time. I too have to watch the sodium though.
