Hello ladies, back when I used to post here this type of thread is something that kept me on track. The basic concept is that if you are a planner like me you can post your daily food and exercise plan for the world to see (and hold you accountable for).
Todays Plan:
B: Skinny Carm Mach & Special K Bar
S: Almonds
L: Banana & Yogurt
S: String Cheese
D: Something having to do with chicken...
WO: 1 hour on the eliptical, hoping to get my butt kicked! I need it...
Goal for today: Get my workout in no matter what and stay away from late night snacking...
JEN!!!! How are things going? Things got uber crazy and now are wonderful. Is that a wedding picture I see? Oooooh you know I would love to see more of them. I did a wedding in Steamboat and thought of you...
It's so funny you posted this because we use to do it all the time and I was thinking about re-starting it.
Wednesday
B: Kix, Milk, Banana
L: Wrap (LF Whole Wheat Tortilla, 2 tsp fat free cream cheese, 2 oz roast beef, basil, cucumber, and mung beans), apple
S: Starbucks Chia Latte (Grante)
D: Buffalo patty, tomato vegetable soup, whole wheat roll
S: ?? Probable about 200 calories, maybe half a bagel with a teaspoon of peanut butter.
I'm probable not going to get to work out today because I'm behind in homework and I couldn't get it in this morning because it was 3L photo day at the law school
Ok I would definitely like to get in on this one!
B Cereal w/ fat free milk, banana
L 5 pieces veggies bacon and 2 pieces of toast
S Triscuits w/ Light laughing cow spread
D Probably chicken, veggies, on pita.
WO: goal is to do 60 minutes on the elliptical, then weights for 20-30 min.
Stephanie, What is that first thing you listed for bf? Finally, someone who lists food that I actually EAT! I'm going join you guys if that's okay and plan for tomorrow!
B: english muffin w/PB (about 5 pts)
S: Banana or Spec K bar (2 pts)
L: turkey sandwich (about 5 points?)
S: almonds (have to check points - prob about 4 pts)
D: 3oz chicken 4pt rice serving (260 cal) with broc and carrots. (Total 7 pts)
Oh yeah - And tomorrow is week 4 day 2 on the C25K. Also maybe some Wii afterwards if DH wants to.
Ok. The plan for today:
-Green smoothie, coffee
-string cheese, carrots
-salad, Amy's burrito
-apple with whipped cinnamon honey
-Chicken breast, steamed broccoli

Ok. I did NOT make it to the gym and I did NOT feel like cooking, so we had spinach ravioli isntead. Today, I'm taking it light.

D: spaghetti squash with leftover marinara with added veggies.
Exercise goal: run dog to the dog park and back and gym later tonight with DH (30 minutes strength 30 minutes on elliptical). I'm not going to wander off plan AT ALL this weekend (I usually squeeze in a meal out and some wine) as I now have a job interview (After months and months of searching!) and don't want to feel bloated.
Did not make it to the gym last night. Did manage to have a fabulous salad for dinner however a pudding cup snuck in there. Not devastated about it, I had a really hard day.

D: Out with some friends I am going to let myself eat a little off plan
No workout planned for tonight. I am going out of town tomorrow through Monday and believe me I will be getting a workout!
