Default New, love reading the posts!
Hi All,

I'm Wendy, brand new here, really enjoy reading everyone's informative posts. I have been somewhat ill (but not dangerously so, thankfully) for the past year and a half and I gained a lot of weight. I am now on a mission to take it all off!

Today is Day 16 of Medifast, no real problems, have had a couple of "carb cravings" but was able to ignore them. I have lost one jeans size from a 14 to a 12 and I have lost 11 pounds on Medifast. I did struggle to lose 20 pounds in about 5 months prior to doing MediFast. Looks like MediFast works much better!
