Default Rise Above

Has anyone read the book Rise Above by Gwen Shamblin? Its based on the principle of eating only when you're hungry and stoping when you're full. She points out that God designed our bodies and that He didn't design us to be overweight, so paying attention to our internal signals of hunger and fullness is the best way to lose unwanted pounds. If we are eating for any other reason than hunger, then it signals there is something we need to turn over to our Father. Its a great book, and it makes so much sense!!

Yes I have read that book and also the WD book. This thread is about intuitive eating which is what those books are about.
