We can totally do it! I was thinking about posting this by Christmas but I threw in an extra week
I started off losing quickly but for example, in September, I lost 3 pounds. Still great to lose, but I need to do something to jump start again. I just started adding in swimming as of last night, so maybe a swim a 2-3 times a week as well as keeping up with my elliptical will help me.
I am NOT going to have another depressing New Year's Day. Last New Year's Day I was so sad, my heighest weight probably over 260 and I was just miserable. I want to feel GREAT and healthy and awesome on January 1st, 2009!
