Hi everyone,

I dont know if you remember me but I was here but I havent been for a while. Altho I havent gained I havent lost alot either... I am down 53 my goal was 80 so I know I dont have far to go but summer is always soooo much harder... I am starting this again but on my own cause my year has ended. I wonder if anyone can remind me on how to do Take Off without the juice. I know you can use catelope or oranges but I dont know how much??? How has everyone been?

Yes one cantaloupe, 4 oranges, or two grapefruits. 2 bars and 6 ounces of protein and now they let you do unlimited veggies. Or you can do the FF and have unlimited protein and veggies but no bars.
