Default Almost 10%
My first mini goal was to be under 300 which I got about 3 weeks ago. Then I found myself able to wear a smaller size pants. Now I am down 30 lbs, almost 10% of my body weight. I am truly excited and happy with my progress. I have an aggressive goal of being 275 by Halloween. That means 10 lbs in a month, guess I better get busy.

I´d love to get to a smaller pant size! U must feel really proud if yourself!

Congratulations on your progress so far! You are doing great! 10% is a great mini-goal. That is what I am shooting for. I can't wait to be able to buy a smaller size pant. You must be thrilled.
