Success!!!!
Ok, I have to share. I am sooo proud of myself. I have a weekness for fair type food, and we went to apple hill today. It is a place for crafters and stuff to sell their stuff and for the apple growers to sell their fruit and goodies made with them. Well, we went to the most popular one. My son,
(6) my cousin, and my mother in law. Now, none of them need to diet, so they were all ready for the cotton candy and kettle corn, and I was worried I wouldn't make it through the day without cheating. Long story short, we went to lunch, I ordered a veggie burger, (my FIRST one) and a diet soda. They had cheeseburgers and mounds of french fries. We walked around and my cousin got cotton candy. Walked around some more, and came to the Fudge Factory. I thought I was doomed. But I made it. My son made a marshmellow thing, and ate it. My mother in law bought a BAGfull of chocolates. and they all offered some to me and I said NO. I couldn't believe how well I did. So I had to share. So I made a yummy low cal desert with some of the apples we picked and enjoyed it warm over fat free vanilla ice cream. So good. So worth the wait.
