Hi everyone, feels like ive been away forever... my health is back to normal again. Sadly so is my weight, back to square one! oh well, at least i am feeling well enough to get back to it with diet and exercise.

I am fully weaned off of my old anti depressants, off all antibiotics, and ready to lose some weight and get fit!

Stopping smoking Tuesday to! Its time to get myself into the shape i want to be in and stop seeing something i hate in the mirror each day.

I have really missed you guys so much and i know its going to kill me to see so many of you at goal whilst ive been AWOL.

But looking forward i am ready to take control and stop letting food rule me.

I used to smoke a large pack a day but quit a few years ago. Actually think I'd be dead now if I hadn't done that.
