My favorite thing, which requires not much motivation to do, is go rollerblading. I can go for 1-2 hours without getting tired! However, the weather often stops me!

FAVORITE...EXERCISE???? That's an oxymoron, isn't it?

My favorite way to burn extra calories is to dance. Now, if only my back felt better, I'd be set!! Losing some of this girth will definitely help in that department.

Default Rollerblade!!

that is my favorite. But I too have weather in the way. Of course I could just go up to the roller rink and get skates and do it indoors for an hour or 2. HMM....will have to do that soon.

I like to walk some of the time. That one depends on my mood. Sometimes it is just to boring for me.

I'd have to say walking. It never gets boring because I have a huge (over 100) music tapes that I swap around. I also have several good books on tape plus I borrow some from the library. As an added incentive, I don't let myself listen to these books on tape unless I'm either walking or on my exercise bike. Since I listen to murder mysteries and I just HAVE to know "who did it", I have strong incentive to get moving again.

Definitely walking. You can do it anywhere, any time and it requires no equipment.

Tennis without a doubt, but snow skiing is a close second, just a little hard to do in Dallas, TX!
