Talking The food doctor 7 day diet
has anyone got an outline of the first seven days of the 7 day food doctor diet?

i have been watching "the a list diet" on discovery health and the participants follow this diet however it is hard to find online.
i can only find the principals.

also, has anyone else seen this show?
i find it really inspiring!

Is it the books by Ian Marber you are referring to? I have these and have the first 7 days. I did it once and it was tough and involved a lot of soup. The clear soup which is taken as a snack I could not stomach by the third day. There are some nice meals after the first 7 days with lots of wholefood ingredients some of which I still make.

it is big in the UK apparently
yes it is by ian
on the show it looks like tough work and they get some alright results in 10 weeks on the show
wouldnt mind trying the first 7 days
